A student's success in high school is very important for college acceptance. The goal of KWCS is to prepare the students for acceptance to college and a successful college career. Students who attend KWCS will have the opportunity to be dual enrolled at FKCC. This will allow students who work hard to obtain an Associates degree while simultaneously earning their high school diploma. This will set KWCS students apart from other college applicants. Furthermore, due to high parental involvement, students will be focused on what really matters while learning in a safe, nurturing environment. Certainly the best benefit of KWCS is that class size is limited to a 14:1 student/teacher ratio. Research shows significant achievement differences in those students who attend small classes.
